Appointments will be made from Fire Fighter in Training up to Leading Fire Fighter, depending on qualifications, courses completed, and experience.
Purpose of the Programme
The main goal of this learnership is to train individuals to protect Sasol’s operations, employees, and assets from emergency incidents related to Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and Quality (SHERQ).
Junior firefighters will help ensure the company can respond quickly and effectively to emergencies such as:
